Note about lionheads:
If you are wanting lionheads that are more towards what the standard is, then I highly recommend you getting some hybrids.
The Standard in England is different then the standard here in the U.S.
The purebred lionheads that have been imported over here are not the same as our standard, so compared to the standard we have, there are alot of faults in their body type, ear type and size. They need to be worked on so they are more towards the standard here in the United States. That is my goal, and what I am working towards, to have good show quality lionheads. My goal is to bring the type to what the standard is and to have a big thick mane.
Most people I have talked to are not wanting to get hybrids. Knowing what I know about the lionheads I personally would have no problem buying one myself. These are essential in improving the type and getting them towards the standard.
